Akshat Gupta is an alumnus of the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. He started his career as a corporate lawyer at Khaitan & Co, New Delhi where he advised corporates on foreign equity investments in India and angel investors/ venture capitalists on equity/ debt investments in Indian start-ups. He then started practising as a criminal defense attorney to pursue his passion for litigation.
He specializes in laws relating to corruption, money laundering and corporate frauds and advises corporate/ individual clients in ongoing investigations by the local police as well as specialized agencies such as the CBI, ED, SFIO, Customs, Income Tax, etc.
Akshat appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, various High Courts and the District/ Trial Courts in Delhi. He is very well versed with trial practice and procedure. He also advises and represents clients in proceedings before the Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Tribunal constituted under the PMLA and FEMA.
He also has a keen interest in corporate/ shareholder disputes and advises and represents clients before the National Company Law Tribunal. He also advises various corporates and start-ups, especially in the gaming sector, on general corporate matters as well as contract negotiation and drafting.

Pranav Jain is an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi. He started his career with a reputed trial court lawyer where he gained in depth knowledge of trial practice and procedure. He then worked at Trilegal, New Delhi in the Disputes team where he extensively advised and represented clients in disputes arising out of infrastructure contracts. He has also worked with a reputed Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court.
He specializes in litigation and strategy in civil and commercial disputes. He represents individuals and corporates before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Forums and other Courts/Tribunals.
Pranav also advises and represents clients in various institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations, including on enforcement of or challenge to domestic/ foreign awards, and on securing interim relief pre as well as post commencement of arbitration.
He also has a keen interest in personal laws, and advises clients on matrimonial disputes as well as succession laws.
